FlirtVault, operated by Aura Digital B.V., uses artificial intelligence to generate conversational text and, where enabled, images. Please read this disclaimer carefully.

1. Fictional characters — fully synthetic generation

All AI Companions on FlirtVault are fictional, entirely AI-generated characters. No AI Companion, image, or video on the Service is generated from, trained on, or derived from a photograph or likeness of any real, identifiable individual. All visual and textual content is produced using synthetic generative models, without real-person source images or reference photographs as input. FlirtVault does not offer, and generated content is never created from, photographs uploaded by users or images of identifiable real persons. Any resemblance between an AI Companion and a real person is unintended and coincidental. Every AI Companion is depicted and described as an adult aged 18 or older.

2. Nature of AI-generated content

Responses and any generated media are produced by machine-learning models based on your prompts. They may be inaccurate, inconsistent, repetitive, or occasionally offensive or inappropriate despite our safeguards. Content moderation controls may alter, restrict, or block a response before it reaches you. AI output does not represent facts, professional advice, or the views of Aura Digital.

3. Adult content

The Service may contain explicit adult themes intended solely for users aged 18 and over. By using FlirtVault, you confirm that you wish to access this type of content and that you are legally permitted to do so under the laws applicable to you.

4. No professional or real-world relationship

Interactions with AI Companions do not create any therapeutic, medical, legal, financial, romantic, or fiduciary relationship with Aura Digital or with any real individual. Do not rely on the Service as a substitute for professional advice or emotional support. If you are in crisis or need urgent help, please contact a qualified professional or the emergency services in your country.

5. Your responsibility

You are responsible for the prompts you submit and for how you interpret and use any AI-generated output. Do not use AI Companions’ responses as a basis for real-world decisions.
